Shipping Times & Processing:
Each SPARX product is crafted and packed with care. Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. During product launches, promotions, and holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Carriers & Methods:
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard shipping is available for all domestic U.S. orders. Expedited options may be offered at checkout.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on weight and destination. Complimentary standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders—please see banners or promotions for details.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package until it arrives at your door.
Shipping Locations:
Currently, SPARX ships within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Damages & Issues:
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at care@sparxpremium.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will swiftly address the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Order Modifications:
Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately to provide timely delivery—therefore, changes or cancellations may not be possible after your order is confirmed.
